Software OTA Update Issues

I’m having a major headache with my 2023 Wagoneer S3. The software’s stuck on the old ver. and my infotainment system keeps going haywire and resetting. I’ve tried bugging Connected Services, but they’re not much help. Anyone else dealt with this or know how to get the latest update?

I had a similar issue with my car. Turns out my battery was so weak it couldn’t handle the updates. The dealer clued in pretty quickly that my battery was the culprit, and they swapped it out under warranty. Now my car’s been getting updates on the regular - smooth sailing ever since!
