What is the deal with GW alarms?

This is is really frustating. Is anyone else having issues with their GW alarm going off and the vehicle locking on its own? This happened to my GW severally, and what's crazy is that the dealer said they had fixed it but it is still having the same issue.

OMG, same here! Mine’s totally being a jerk and won’t unlock. When I try the physical key, it just sets off the alarm and doesn’t even turn on. Seriously, this is the THIRD time I’m dealing with this nonsense! What’s even going on?!

Have you tried resetting the key fob or checking if there's a problem with the car's battery or security system?
