Wireless phone charger not working consistently

Good morning! My car's wireless phone charger sometimes doesn't want to work. Sometimes it does, sometimes it isn't. What could be the cause? Thanks!

It used to behave the same for me, too. But it stopped because of the software update it got recently.

Hopefully! I hate when I have to deal with my car's issues. It just doesn't give me peace when I know there is something wrong with it.
