Problem with Grand Wagoneer hotspot

I've been having this weird issue with my Grand Wagoneer's WiFi hotspot. It was working fine for a while, and then suddenly it just stopped. I've tried everything - checking my ATT account, reconfiguring the hotspot settings - but nothing seems to work. The hotspot button just won't stay checked, and the name disappears as soon as I click OK. Any tips or tricks before I take it to the dealership?

Give this a shot: first, turn off your car’s WiFi, then, switch up the name and password of the WiFi hotspot. After that, just shut the car down completely. When you fire it back up, check if the WiFi’s working. Good luck - hope it does the trick!
