Problems With My Wagoneer Rear Seats Power Button Module

I was cleaning my Jeep's interior and I tried to fold down the back seats, but they wouldn't move. Plus, my naughty son broke the part that keeps them working. I can reach it, but I can't take it out. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I've got something like that happening too - mine's popping out instead of in. It just won’t stick back on no matter what I do.
