Sunglass Holder Broken in My 2023 GW III!

Hey, just snagged a used 2023 GW III and now the sunglass holder won't budge back up. I’m pretty sure my wife yanked it down instead of pushing it to make it come down. Anybody know how to fix this? Not sure if it's a simple fix or if I'll need a hand. Any ideas?

There's a guy here who has the same problem as you. I sent him this. Maybe it could fix the issue.
